Who We Are
Knowing that our patients have options to make a confident choice at a time like this is essential. We provide them with information they can trust before making a decision. We can connect them with local agencies that play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support, including medical, housing, or legal services, if they are considering placing their baby for adoption.
Who We Serve
We are available for women, men, and families struggling with unplanned pregnancies. If they are pregnant or think they might be pregnant, we have trained compassionate RNs and advocates who offer non-judgmental support as they face the future.
Our History
Life’s Choices Women’s Clinic opened in Eustis on November 6, 2006, as Life’s Choices of Lake County, Inc. Five years later, we began offering ultrasound services.
We moved to our current location in 2012, changed our name to Life’s Choices Women’s Clinic, and hired our RN staff in January 2018.
We relocated our Clermont location to S.W. Leesburg, which allows us to reach more women and men who need our vital services. Look for our Grand Re-Opening Soon!
Women receive no-cost pregnancy tests, ultrasound verification of their pregnancies, STD/STI testing, and options counseling. We offer our Strive to Thrive Parenting Classes for both mothers and fathers.
We offer Men MENtoring Men to the fathers of a woman seeking medical services regarding her pregnancy. This vital program recognizes men with unplanned pregnancies have a voice that needs to be heard. This allows him a safe and secure environment to share his concerns, and questions and receive information from a trained male advocate.
We offer Practical Fatherhood for men who choose life and desire to be the best dads they can be. Like our Strive to Thrive program, these men attend classes with male advocates and receive teaching designed for dads.
